Belgian Police detained 16 people in a
number of raids but lone surviving terrorist of the attack, Salah Abdeslam was
not among them. The prosecutors announced that police authorities maintained
their highest terror alert in the capital Brussels for a third straight day.
Following a national security council meeting, Prime Minister Charles Michel said that universities, schools and the metro would stay shut amid a serious and imminent threat of terror attacks. He said, the rest of the country will be at a threat level of three on a four-tier scale.

released a photograph of the third of three suicide bombers who blew themselves
up outside Stade de France in Paris on the 13th of this month. Investigators
said, the assailant turned up among refugees on Greek Island of Leros on the
3rd of last month, along with another attacker whose photo has been released
but remains unidentified.
Only one of the three assailants has been identified so far as French national Bilal Hadfi, who lived in Belgium. They were among seven gunmen and suicide bombers in the wave of co-ordinated attacks in Paris that left 130 dead and many others injured.
