Following a directive from the authorities in India, flydubai flights to and from India will be cancelled between March 17 and 31.
Based on directives issued by the World Health Organisation, and the local health authorities, flydubai has temporarily suspended flights to several countries including Italy, Slovakia, Poland, South Sudan, Jordan, Iraq, Lebanon, and Egypt to name a dew.
Meanwhile, following directives from authorities in Pakistan, flydubai has rerouted several flights that were flying to various destinations in Pakistan. Flights to and from Sialkot will be rerouted to Islamabad on from March 14 to 17 and flights to and
from Faisalabad and Multan will be rerouted to Islamabad from March 15 to 17.
Flights to and from Quetta on March 16 and 17 have been cancelled and passengers will be rebooked on the Karachi flights. However, flights to and from Karachi will continue to operate to schedule.
The airline is offering its customers a rebook option, free of charge, to travel up to 60 days from the original date of travel.
"If you choose to rebook more than 60 days from your original date of travel, any difference in fare will apply. You can request a full refund to flydubai voucher or to your original form of payment," said the airline.
