A woman who was upset about being deported back to her native country of Chile attempted to kill herself inside JFK International Airport on Thursday.
She was saved by two Port Authority Officers after someone recognized that she was not breathing and administered Narcan, a nasal spray used by law enforcement agencies to help overdose patients, according to the New York Daily News.
The woman, who has not been named, was being held at customs as she awaited for a flight back to Chile.

She took 30 sleeping pills and a number of muscle relaxants around 2pm on Thursday afternoon, officials said.
A law enforcement official told the Daily News: 'She really didn't

want to go to Chile. She was intent on killing herself'.
The woman attempted suicide a day before President Trump's Friday executive order, suspending immigration from Muslim countries with terrorist concerns, blocking refugees for 120 days, and suspending Syrian refugees indefinitely, reported the Daily News.
While waiting on the flight, she fell unconscious and was having noticeable difficulty breathing.
Port Authority Police Officers John Devins and Dominick Renda came to the scene and administered the drug before putting her in an emergency vehicle to be taken to Jamaica Hospital.
The drug revived her, and she is now in stable condition.
