When the officer approached the Texas A&M student's SUV, Rader's bra was allegedly unfastened and she was attempting to put her shirt back on.

According to police, Rader told the officer that

she was on her way back to her dorm when she decided to send her boyfriend a Snapchat while stopped at a red light.

Rader had an open bottle of wine in the car, the police report said.

Rader, who said she was uninjured, reportedly failed the field sobriety test and was taken to the hospital to have her blood drawn, according to TheEagle.com.

She was charged with driving while intoxicated with an open container and also received a ticket for underage possession of alcohol.

Records show Rader was released from the Brazos County Jail Thursday morning after posting $2,000 bail.
