In Cuba, at least four people were killed and 195 others injured after a heavy tornado hit the capital Havana late on Sunday. The tornado, with downpours and winds of about 300 kilometers per hour, also caused damages in the city.

President Miguel Diaz-Canel has urged greater efforts to step up the relief work. The Cuban weather department said tornadoes are unusual around Havana and that a strong one had not hit the city in decades.
