The Indian Naval Symphonic Band’s performance at a leading shopping mall in Muscat has mesmerized the Indian community in Oman.
During a special performance, the naval band contingent of 1st training Squadron of Indian Navy played tunes of famous Bollywood songs. The crowd, mostly Indians, cheered for the band
and sang along to the tunes. The Naval Bands act as Ambassadors of the country when they perform at foreign countries during goodwill visits of ships.
Indian Naval Ships INS Tir, INS Shardul and Coast Guard Ship Veera, part of the 1st Training Squadron arrived at Port Sultan Qaboos, Muscat as part of a goodwill visit.
