International Day of Yoga celebrated with great enthusiasm in Dhaka

International Day of Yoga is being celebrated with great enthusiasm in Dhaka. The Bangabandhu Stadium is filled this morning to the capacity with thousands of yoga enthusiasts participating in the programme. 

A number of eminent persons and celebrities are present in the stadium for the event. Minister of Foreign Affairs, Railways and Shipping (state) of Bangladesh are present on the occasion. A number of celebrities from the film and TV world are also participating in the event.

to Bangladesh Riva Ganguli Das said that more than 20 organisations are participating in the event. Programs have been organised outside Dhaka also on this occasion.

"The fifth International Day of Yoga in Dhaka looks spectacular with yoga enthusiasts thronging the venue. Students from schools, colleges and several other institutions are participating in the event. India’s High Commissioner to Bangladesh Riva Ganguli Das rightly pointed out that Bangladesh has adopted Yoga with great enthusiasm.
