Iran seizes oil tanker in Gulf waters amid tension with US

Iran has seized an oil tanker in the Gulf waters amid tension with the United States continues. It is the second such incident in the region.

In a statement, the U.S. Navy said the Panama-flagged oil tanker Niovi was seized by Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy while passing through the Strait of Hormuz.
