The Israeli military today said that it has expanded its major campaign in the northern occupied West Bank. Overnight, Israeli troops raided the town of Tammun, north of Nablus, where an Israeli airstrike killed 10 militants last week. According to a military spokesperson, Israeli troops were preparing to raid four more towns and villages in the area.

Israeli ground troops and bulldozers raided the area, forcing several families to leave their homes on the outskirts of the town.
Israel launched its largest military operation in Jenin in years on the 21st of last month, calling it a counter-terrorism operation. According to Palestinian figures, at least 25 people have been killed by Israeli forces since the offensive began.
