Karnataka to Receive 20,000 Doses of Covaxin Soon

Karnataka will receive 20,000 doses of Covaxin COVID Vaccine soon. The Minister for Health and Medical Education Dr. K Sudhakar informed the media in Bengaluru today that apart from the Cov-Shield vaccine consignment received earlier, Covaxin doses are also being shipped to the



State. 

All the districts will receive the vaccines in time to inaugurate vaccination on January 16th. The vaccine will be given to 15,730 Central healthcare workers, 7,75,400 State healthcare workers and 2580 Armed Forces Medical personnel in the next two months in Karnataka.
