Russian President Vladimir Putin may meet with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, at the G20 summit held in Argentina at the end of the month, announced the Kremlin on Wednesday.
Saudi Energy Minister Khalid
al-Falih had declared earlier this week that Prince Mohammed would attend the summit as part of a foreign tour he will be embarking on.
US President Donald Trump also did not rule out the possibility of holding talks with the Saudi royal on the sidelines of the summit.
