A fresh western disturbance has
led to a rise in the minimum temperature in Jammu and Kashmir, Rajasthan and
the National capital Delhi though there was no let-up in the intense cold
elsewhere.

national capital yesterday a notch above the season's average at 8.6
degrees
Celsius. However, early morning fog in the national capital continued to
hamper rail movements today. 17 trains have been delayed,6 trains have been
rescheduled and 2 trains have been cancelled due to fog.
The weatherman has warned of rain or snow in Himachal Pradesh and Jammu
and Kashmir, which were reeling in the grip of intense cold.
