Missiles fired from Iran in direction of US consulate in Erbil

In Iraq, a series of missiles were fired yesterday from Iran in the direction of the US consulate in Erbil. A senior US official said that the missiles are numbered as many as 12. None of the missiles made hit the



consulate.  

The missile strike came several days after Iran said it would respond to an Israeli strike near Damascus, Syria, that resulted in the deaths of two members of Iran's Revolutionary Guard.
