Nepal government will table in Parliament today the Constitution amendment bill to address the demands of agitating Madhesis and other ethnic groups. Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' has urged the opposition parties not to obstruct the house. He said, passing a bill was a matter of



Parliament, hence, nobody should obstruct the Parliament by displaying an undemocratic character. 
The amendment bill is an attempt to accommodate the demands of the agitating Madhesi and ethnic groups that include citizenship and boundary demarcation issues among others.
