Nobel Prize announcements for 2019 to take place in October

Nobel Prize announcements for 2019 will take place in the month of October. 

The Nobel Prize is issued in the fields of Physiology or Medicine, Physics, Chemistry, Literature, and Peace every year. 

The winner of the Sveriges Riksbank Prize in Economic



Sciences in Memory of Alfred Nobel will also be announced.  

There are 301 candidates for the award in these fields, of which 223 are individuals and 78 are organizations. The Nobel Peace Prize awardee will be named on October 11.
