Pakistan Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi on a two-day visit to Nepal will be accorded a guard of honour by the Nepali Army. 

"He (Pakistan Prime Minister) is set to land in Kathmandu at about 2 pm and he will be conferred with guard of honour. To receive the honour, he will head to Tundikhel (ground)



where he also will be received by Prime Minister Khadga Prasad Oli," the army source said.

During the Nepal visit which is Pakistan's "pro-active and outreach efforts" in the Indian subcontinent, Abbasi will congratulate the newly elected prime minister, Oli, who took over the office a few weeks ago.
