Saudi’s Prince Faisal is guest of honor at German Unity Day Reception

DUBAI: Saudi’s Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdul-Aziz joined German’s at their embassy in Saudi Arabia to mark the Germany Unity Day and celebrated the ongoing bond between the two countries.

The event, which was hosted by Ambassador Dieter W Haller and his wife Nissrine Zarrab-Haller, was attended by more than 800 dignitaries, businesspeople, academics, artists as well as members of the German community in the



Kingdom and representatives from the host nation.

Prince Faisal had a brief private meeting with the ambassador before the pair opened Wednesday’s reception.

Ambassador Haller thanked the Saudi Prince for his “commitment to make us foreigners feel at home in Riyadh, and we do feel at home and I can assure you that Riyadh under your leadership is becoming an ever more attractive place to live.”
