A large number of youths and members of Nepali Civil Society on Monday held a silent protest in front of the Pakistan Embassy in Kathmandu against the recent Pulwama terror attack.
The protesters were holding pictures of Gautama Buddha, Mahatma Gandhi and placards
condemning the attack. They demanded that Pakistan should stop supporting terrorism.
Expressing solidarity with India on the attack, hundreds of people had taken out candlelight vigil last week in Parsa, Mahottari, Rupandehi and other adjoining districts of Nepal.
