Sports car torn in two after smash in Dubai

Two motorists were seriously injured after this Corvette ploughed into another car on Al Wasl Road in the early hours of Sunday morning.
The sports car then smashed into a lamppost, almost cutting it into two. Both drivers were seriously injured, police said.
In another



accident, a Pakistani driver was seriously hurt when he sped into the back of another car on the Dubai – Al Ain Road.
On Saturday, police recorded two accidents in which pedestrians were run over. One Asian man was killed on Mohamed bin Zayed Road, another was hurt crossing Al Nahda interchange.
