Dozens of families were evacuated from a Syrian government-controlled area of eastern Aleppo on Tuesday.
A reporter for the Syrian Arab News Agency said 48 people, including many women and children, left the area in the direction of western neighbouhoods ,where army units received
them.
It comes as the Russian military confirm that a seven-day pause in Russian and Syrian airstrikes on besieged parts of eastern Aleppo will continue.
Humanitarian corridors will remain open even as the Syrian army has unleashed a new offensive on the rebel-held neighbouhoods.
