Two American scientists and a British researcher win Nobel Prize in Chemistry

Two American scientists and a British researcher have won the Nobel Prize in Chemistry for evolution research. 

Frances Arnold and George Smith are of the United States and Gregory Winter is



British. 

The Nobel jury said in Stockholm that the scientists have been awarded for harnessing the principles of evolution to develop proteins used to make everything from biofuels to pharmaceuticals.
