Two policemen killed in bomb attack in Egypt

At least two policemen were killed and three others injured  on 11 September after a roadside bomb targeted their vehicles in the restive North Sinai city of Al-Arish, security sources said.

Ambulances were unable to reach the area of the incident immediately because terrorists were targeting them with fire, they said.

bomb targeted four police vehicles where two policemen were killed and three others injured, security sources said.

Police forces chased the attackers and killed three of them in an exchange of fire. Security campaigns are currently ongoing in the area, the sources said.

The interior ministry is yet to comment on the incident.
