UAE residents get surprise as the name of their network changed to 'Labour Day"

UAE residents were in for a surprise late yesterday night as the name of their network changed to 'Labour Day'. The change in name was noted on both the UAE networks, du and Etisalat.  

The



move is to mark World Labour Day across the country. Marked on May 1, Labour Day celebrates the working classes and laborers. 

Residents who noticed the change took to Twitter to share their views.
