UK PM Rishi Sunak likely to visit India by October-end: Sources

UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak is expected to visit India by the end of October, sources told India Today on Friday. His visit will likely take place after Dussehra, the sources added.

It would be his second visit to India since becoming Prime Minister in October 2022. His first visit was



during the G20 Summit in September.

This comes amid reports that the free trade agreement (FTA) between India and Britain could be signed before the end of the year.

Rishi Sunak will likely visit Mumbai if the trade deal is signed by the time of his expected visit.
