US President Donald Trump has said that US and China are close to striking a monumental trade deal in the next four weeks.
He said, the two sides, have negotiated some of the toughest points, but there are still some ways to go. Meanwhile, Chinese President Xi Jinping said in Beijing today that new substantial
progress has been made on the China-US economic agreement.
President Trump's comments came as top Chinese and US officials are meeting in Washington to reach an agreement. Negotiators from both the countries had met in Beijing last week to resolve the nine-month-long trade war.
