US Congress passes huge spending bill including 14 billion for Ukraine

The Congress passed a huge spending bill in US yesterday including almost 14 US Dollars billion in humanitarian and military aid to Ukraine.

The legislation had support from both Democrats and Republicans who have both rallied behind sending aid to the



country.

According to media report, the emergency aid was said to be more than double what US President Joe Biden's administration had originally requested. The House of Representatives had passed the bill a day earlier.
