US declares focus on Syrian peace talks in Geneva

Astana. May 15. KazTAG - The US has declared being focused on Syrian peace talks in Geneva.
At the same time the US welcomes any authentic de-escalation of violence in Syria, while its focus remains on Geneva and the progress of those negotiations, said the US embassy.
As it was



reported, the 9th round of Syrian peace talks is being held in Astana which started from bilateral and trilateral consultations involving the guarantor states- Russia, Turkey and Iran.
The US delegation refrained from participation in the 9th round of negotiations on Syria in Astana.
