US President Donald Trump kicked off his final campaign rally blitz before the midterm elections on November 6. Addressing voters in the first rally at Estero, just outside Fort Myers, he accused the media of sowing division and stoking fears about illegal immigration.
He said the left-wing media doesn’t want to solve problems but want to stoke resentment and said that it has to stop. Trump also referred to a caravan of
Central American migrants that is slowly making its way toward the U.S. border.
It was his first of 11 events he will hold across eight battlefield states over the next six days. Former President Barak Obama plans to campaign tomorrow for Abrams in Atlanta and in Miami to boost Florida Sen. Democrats are defending several Senate incumbents in Republican-leaning states.
