US to attend UN climate talks next week

US will take part in United Nations' climate change meetings in Germany next week even as Washington considers withdrawing from the Paris global emissions-cutting deal. A State Department official said participating in the



meetings doesn't mean the US plans to stay in the Paris deal.

The Trump administration is reviewing whether to withdraw from the deal and a decision expected in the next few weeks.
