ED conducts raids at multiple locations in connection with financial scam of Dr Sandip Ghosh

Enforcement Directorate (ED) is conducting searches at various places in connection with the financial irregularities and corruption of the former principal of the R G Kar Medical College and Hospital Dr Sandip Ghosh. ED is searching the flat of Sandip Ghosh at Beleghata and detained a person named Prasun Chattopadhyay from his house at Subhasgram area of Kolkata suburb. 

ED is  also searching one bungalow of Sandip Ghosh at Canning of South 24 PGS district of West Bengal. The agency has  also interrogated Ghosh’ s sister -in -law



Dr Arpita Bera and her husband Dr Pritin Bera at their Salt Lake sector 2 flat in Kolkata and search is continuing.

ED is also searching at the house of Kaushik Kole, vendor of the RG Kar Medical College and Hospital and associate of arrested vendor Biplav Singha as well as Swapan Saha who is known to Dr Sandip Ghosh. A rented flat of Sandip Ghosh is also being searched at Salt Lake. As the last report came in, the Enforcement Directorate is searching a medical shop at Camac Street in Kolkata.
