Haryana BJP chief Subhash Barala's son held on charges of harassment, stalking

Haryana BJP chief Subhash Barala's son and his friend have been arrested for allegedly harassing and stalking a girl in Chandigarh.

Barala's son Vikas and his friend Ashish were booked in a FIR filed in Sector-26 of Chandigarh.

The case was lodged against the duo after the victim, who is the daughter of a



bureaucrat, lodged her complaint.

In her complaint, the girl alleged that the duo first tried to block her car, followed her and harassed her, the police said.

The case has been registered under Section 354 D (stalking) of the IPC and Section 185 (Motor Vehicle Act) of the CrPC.
