Search operation on in Shopian after 2 militants killed, 1 army jawan injured

Two militants were killed and an army jawan injured in the encounter in Shopian district last night.

While the bodies of the two militants have been discovered, one militant is still out lose, police officials told news agency .

"Bodies of two terrorists



recovered but third one is still alive and is present in a house, he started firing again a few minutes back," said Inspector general of police, Muneer.

A gunfght broke out between militants and security forces in Wanpora area of South Kashmir's Shopian last night.
