Jalna: The superintendent of police in Maharashtra's Jalna district has suspended 11 police personnel and instituted an inquiry against them for not reporting to work, said an officer on Friday.
Superintendent of Police Akshay Shinde said these cops remained absent
from duty for many days without prior permission or valid reason.
Those suspended included four policemen working in district police headquarters and three posted at the Bhokardan police station, the officer said.
