11 killed in explosions at two firecracker factories in Sivakasi,Tamil Nadu

11 people were killed in explosions that ripped through two firecracker factories in Virudhunagar district of Tamil Nadu.

Ten people were killed and two injured in a cracker factory blast in Rangampalayam at Sivakasi yesterday

afternoon.

One person was killed in another blast at Sikkanaickanpatti also in Sivakasi. Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin has announced ex gratia of three lakh rupees each for the family of those who lost their lives in the incidents.
