13 dead, 25 injured as tractor-trolley overturns in Madhya Pradesh

Thirteen people, including four children, lost their lives and 25 others were injured when a tractor-trolley overturned late Sunday night in Piplodhijad, located in Madhya Pradesh's Rajgarh district, an official reported.

Rajgarh Collector Harsh Dikshit provided updates on the incident, noting that 13 of the injured have been admitted to the district hospital,



while two with head and chest injuries have been transferred to Bhopal for advanced medical care.

"The toll is unlikely to rise as the two severely injured individuals are out of danger," he added.

Meanwhile, it is pertinent to note that the victims were part of a marriage party from neighboring Rajasthan, according to local residents.
