BATHINDA/CHANDIGARH: Three people were killed and around 15



sustained burn injuries in a blast in Maur town of Bathinda on Tuesday, just four days ahead of the crucial assembly elections in Punjab.

The blast took place in a Maruti Alto car (number PB05C8973) around 8.45pm. Senior police officers said they were not ruling out the possibility of a terror attack and use of an improvised explosive device (IED).
