3rd Annual Meeting of AIIB begins in Mumbai

The third Annual Meeting of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank -AIIB began in Mumbai on Monday. 

In his opening remarks Union Minister Piyush Goyal, said infrastructure is the most important subject while planning for the future. 

On the Indian infrastructure funding scenario he said the most important



thing is that India has never defaulted.He added that global agencies are always willing to extend financial support to the infrastructure projects in India. 

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the main event on the theme of Mobilizing Finance for Infrastructure on Tuesday.
