5 burnt alive in road accident in Karimnagar

Karimnagar: In a ghastly  accident, five persons were burnt alive and six others were injured when a car collided with an autorikshaw near Potyala village in Ramagundam mandal of Karimnagar district on Sunday evening.

Uppuleti Rajender, Mohan and Madhunamma of Potyal village were burnt alive.  

The bodies were burned beyond recognition. The injured were shifted to Godavarikhani area hospital. One of the injured was referred to Karimnagar as his condition turned critical. The cause of the fire was suspected to be the petrol tin being carried autorikshaw.
