Patna: A record fifty five per cent turnout was registered in the second phase of assembly elections in Bihar. The polling is higher as compared to 2010 assembly and last year's Lok Sabha elections in these constituencies.

Briefing reporters in New Delhi, Deputy Election Commissioner Umesh Sinha said, the polling was most peaceful including in the naxal infested areas.
