National Investigation Agency (NIA) has told a special court in Delhi that six suspected ISIS operatives were allegedly conspiring to carry out terror activities in Delhi and adjoining regions and during Ardh Kumbh in Haridwar.
Sources said, NIA, in its chargesheet, claimed that the accused were planning to

assemble Improvised Explosive Devices from explosive materials extracted from match sticks. The court has put up the chargesheet for consideration on the 25th of next month. The case was filed by the special cell of Delhi Police in January. On the directions of the Union Home Ministry, the case was transfered to NIA.
