A woman dies after inhaling gas from geyser in UP

Meerut: A shocking incident occurred in Meerut in which a newlywed woman died of suffocation after inhaling gas from a geyser.

The woman had taken a shower in a bathroom at her in-laws' house and stayed there for a long time.

They reportedly knocked on the door to find her unconscious in a corner after the family members tried to check on her but received no



response.

After that, she was rushed to a hospital, where it was determined that she was dead.

Carbon monoxide from gas geysers is known to cause dizziness and unconsciousness in a short period of time when inhaled.

Due to the inability of home remedies to treat carbon monoxide poisoning, doctors recommend immediate medical intervention in this situation.
