Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath yesterday inaugurated the two-day Rasotsav , jointly organised by the state tourism department, the Brij Tirth Vikas Parishad and the Brajbhumi Vikas trust.
Local MP, actress-turned-politician Hema Malini has been instrumental in organising the event which is being held at the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Veterinary Institute here.
Speaking at the event, Adityanath said there would be no dearth of funds for the development of Mathura, adding that however, every effort would be made to retain its cultural and spiritual character.

He said his government was committed to ensuring the development of 60,000 village panchayats and and 553 nagar nikay in the state.
