All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) leader Asaduddin Owaisi on Saturday claimed people were caught between the “hard” Hindutva of the BJP and the “soft” Hindutva of the Congress.
“It is like being caught between a rock and a hard place,” he told the gathering at a meeting in Vaniyambadi.
AIMIM has decided
to field two candidates in Vaniyambadi and Krishnagiri constituencies.
He urged people to give AIMIM an opportunity. “How long will you give a chance to the Congress and the two Dravidian parties?” he asked.
Referring to the freebie culture in Tamil Nadu, he said, “Do not give your vote for free. Your vote has a value. Vote keeping your future in mind.”
