The Alwar police registered a case against two sons of a Rajasthan minister, along with others, after they allegedly abducted and thrashed a man in Alwar district on Wednesday, 20 December, The Indian Express report.

Surendra Bhadana and Hitesh Bhadana, sons of General Administration Department (GAD) Minister Hem Singh Bhadana of the BJP government, along with 10 others, allegedly abducted one Tej Singh Yadav and assaulted him.

“Yadav was admitted to a local hospital for treatment. He said 12 persons, including Surendra and Hitesh, abducted and thrashed him... We are investigating the case and chances



are that we will soon make arrests in the case,” Vinod Samaria, Station House Officer of the Shivaji Park police station, Alwar, said.

The other accused are yet to be identified.

“Reasons behind the incident are not clear yet,” Samaria said, adding that investigation was underway. No arrest have been made so far, he added.

Prem Singh, Assistant Sub-Inspector, Shivaji Park police station, told  that the complainant claimed that he was assaulted after being locked in a room with a sword. He was allegedly taken to a house in Veer Savarkar Nagar at gunpoint .
