Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu emphasized the importance of continuous feedback from citizens to improve government schemes and services.

In a press release issued yesterday, state government has decided to gather opinions directly from beneficiaries using the Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS). Through automated calls, beneficiaries will provide feedback on the implementation, quality, and benefits of schemes like pensions and free gas cylinders under the Deepam scheme.

Feedback on essential services such as revenue, municipal, and electricity will be analyzed to address dissatisfaction and enhance service delivery.

The Chief Minister urged people to actively participate in these surveys, highlighting that their ratings and feedback will guide improvements. He reiterated that the government is committed to working based on citizens’ opinions, aiming for effective governance and high-quality services.
