Governor of Andhra Pradesh S. Abdul Nazeer participated in the celebration of Formation Day for various states and union territories held at the Raj Bhavan in Vijayawada yesterday.
The states of Chhattisgarh, Haryana, Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, and Punjab, along with the union territories of Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Chandigarh, and Lakshadweep, celebrated their State Formation Day yesterday, and a program was organised at Andhra Pradesh Raj Bhavan under ‘Ek Bharat Shreshtha
Bharat.’
In a message on the occasion, Governor Sri S. Abdul Nazeer conveyed his greetings and best wishes to the people of all these states and UTs. The Governor said India’s rich cultural heritage and history, together with the diversity of languages, cultures, and religions, are tied together in a thread of unity, and the ‘Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat’ program forges a strong relationship and bond among all the people of the country through the concept of oneness.
