Annapurna Devi Launches Face Authentication Feature in Nutrition Tracker App

Union Minister of Women and Child Development Annapurna Devi launched the pilot project of the face authentication feature in the Nutrition Tracker app in five states of the country at Mahatma Mandir in Gandhinagar yesterday. 

To ensure that the benefit of Take Home Ration (THR) reaches only genuine



beneficiaries, the Union government has introduced a face authentication feature in the Nutrition Tracker app. This initiative aims to strengthen the Digital India vision and provide better services to citizens. They also distributed nutrition kits to the beneficiaries through the app.
