Another Batch Of 4627 Pilgrims Leaves Base Camp To Perform Pilgrimage To Amarnath Cave Shrine

Another batch of 4627 pilgrims left Bhagwati Nagar Yatri Niwas base camp in Jammu for the Kashmir valley to perform pilgrimage to Amarnath Cave Shrine. The pilgrims left the base camp in a cavalcade of 185 vehicles early this morning. 

The batch included 3422 Men,



1027 Women, 26 Children, 137 Sadhus & 15 Sadhvies (female sadhus). Of these, 1854 pilgrims left for Baltal at 3:07 AM and 2773 for Pahalgam base camp at 3:33 AM from where they will proceed for their further journey to the holy cave.
