Armed men rob three train passengers in Kanpur

A group of armed men robbed passengers on three trains waiting for clearance to leave Kanpur station in Uttar Pradesh on Wednesday morning.The incident took place in the early hours of Wednesday when most of the passengers were sleeping. Superfast trains, Vaishali Express and the



Lokmanya Tilak Express were among the train hit during the heist.

The gang brandishing knives, snatched bags, mobiles and wallets from the passengers. A few passengers have been injured in the incident.

The police have so far been unable to identify the robbers.
