An Army helicopter made an emergency landing near Balesar in Rajasthan's Jodhpur district today.
The helicopter Chetak had taken off from Jodhpur for Jaisalmer's Pokhran Range. The chopper had to make the landing in the court's premises due to some technical fault.
Along with the helicopter, which had developed technical snag, another chopper also landed at the court premises for providing support to the other
copter.
A large number of people gathered around the two helicopters. While the police had a tough time controlling the crowd, many of them were busy clicking selfies.
The pilots informed the Jodhpur-based control room about the technical snag. A team of technical experts has left from Jodhpur.
Five Chetak helicopters had left from the Army's Aviation Core along with a few jawans for the Pokhran firing range.
